We will send you relevant marketing communication which you may opt out of at any time. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT THE INFORMATION PROVIDED TO US IN THIS APPLICATION AND THE VERIFYING MAY, SUBJECT TO ANY LAW TO THE CONTRARY, BE USED FOR ANY PURPOSE THAT IS NECESSARY AND / OR INCIDENTAL TO THE ASSESSMENT OF THIS APPLICATION OR IN RESPECT OF THE AGREEMENT PROVIDED THAT SUCH USE COMPLIES WITH THE PROVISIONS OF ANY RELEVANT LAW BY: Other companies associated with us, who collectively facilitate the provision of the financial product. Other companies or individuals (not associated with us) who also facilitate the provision of the financial product. An insurer or a re-insurer related to the provision of the financial product. Any person with whom we propose to enter into contractual relations for the purpose of concluding the financial product to you, such as a security trustee or other party under a securitization scheme. Any party to whom we intend to cede, transfer or otherwise dispose of, or will cede, transfer or otherwise dispose of, our rights under this Application and the Terms and Conditions and all documents incorporated therein. If there are any other material facts that you believe and/or know could influence our assessment of and decision regarding this Application, please advise us as part of this Application. We are required to obtain certain mandatory information documentation from you, in terms of the Financial Intelligence Centre Act no. 38 of 2001 (“FICA”). Should you fail, refuse or neglect to furnish all such required information to Us, We reserve the right not to proceed with and consider this Application. We will not be liable for any Loss whatsoever arising therefrom. Any credit bureau, to verify and confirm details and in respect of Your creditworthiness as a result of its knowledge of Your history in the servicing of other agreements; and Any credit bureau, to verify and confirm details in respect of Your directors and/ or authorized representative’s credit worthiness, as a result of its knowledge of their history in the servicing of other agreements. Any person who may have a lawful entitlement to the information; persons who have related and relevant products which might interest you and who may wish to market them to you.
